Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day of receipt. While we strive to meet this timeframe, processing and shipment dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and selected shipping method. 

We ship within the United States as well as internationally to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via USPS and DHL Express.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Wags to Wishes LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shipping@shopwagstowishes.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to make it right.
