We want every tail wagging! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Toys & Leashes — 30-Day Returns Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. To start a return, email returns@shopwagstowishes.com.

Treats & Baked Goods — All Sales Final Due to the nature of food products, all treat and bakery purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at returns@shopwagstowishes.com and we'll make it right.

Personalized & Custom Products — All Sales Final Items made to order or personalized for your pet cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Wrong Items Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately at returns@shopwagstowishes.com and we'll resolve it fast.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
